Delivery areas

ZimExpress delivers across Zimbabwe. The delivery fee depends on where your order is going, and checkout always shows the exact amount before you pay.

Delivery fees

Delivery anywhere we deliver: $5.00.

How delivery works

• Items are sourced and consolidated before the final domestic leg.
• You'll see milestone updates on your order — no need to track individual shipments.
• A rider completes the handover; you give them your handover code once the package is in your hands.

Delivery timing

Locally-stocked items ship fastest. Sourced-to-order items take longer, since they're verified and procured after you accept a quote — your quote will include an estimated delivery window before you pay.

Fast delivery: orders in multiples of $50

We buy your items from our partner stores in batches. When the items in your order come to an exact multiple of $50 — $50, $100, $150 and so on (delivery isn't counted) — we can buy them for you straight away, so your order moves fastest.

Any other amount waits to be grouped with other customers' orders until there's enough to make the trip, which can take a while. Your cart and checkout show how much more to add to reach the next multiple of $50. Food (ice cups and the like) isn't bought this way, so it doesn't count towards the $50.
